DESCRIPTION:This session allows participants to learn about the techniques employers use when interviewing and selecting new hires. Participants will work to focus and develop their own answers to behavioral and frequently-asked interview questions\, as well as practice in a hands-on way with our facilitators and each other. \nHow to prepare and respond to this style of questioning\, panel interviews\, and other current interview trends will be discussed. Dos and Don’ts\, as well as classic eye contact\, body language and dress-for-success items are also addressed.
