Budgets and new positions have been approved for the new year and many companies want to have positions filled asap\, as the new year begins. As per a search done 12/4 on Indeed there are 39\,935 jobs posted within 25 miles of Exton\, PA https://www.indeed.com/jobs?q=&l=Exton%2C+PA&radius=25 NOW is the time to meet and speak with employers before the rush of additional Job Seeker ‘ after the holidays’. \nHIRE ONE will have employers which are looking to hire\, participate in a virtual BUSINESS NETWORKING meeting on December 16th from 4:30 – 6:40 PM. You must register to participate in this event. This will not be a Job Fair but rather an opportunity to network and share referrals with employers and other professionals. 80% of people who get the offer were referred into the company. The cold online application accounts for only 8% of jobs filled. Come shared your network and meet people willing to refer you to their connections as well. \nAfter a brief introduction\, everyone will break into small “rooms’ with aa mixture of employers and Job Seekers. The overall number of attendees will determine the number of rooms but this process will be repeated 4 times during the event so you will get to meet numerous employers. As in past live events we expect jobs to be available in the following fields and more. Financial\, Sales\, Information Technology\, Manufacturing and Production\, Energy\, Healthcare\, Services\, and others. Remember it’s not only the employers in the room but who they know and can introduce you to. \nNo resumes required nor allowed! Just polish up your elevator pitch and bring your contacts to share with you.
