The Chester County Intermediate Unit (CCIU) will be hosting a FREE Fair Chance Employer Summit to educate all on fair chance hiring practices and benefits of hiring justice involved individuals.
Attendees will also experience a real life re-entry simulation hosted by the US Attorney’s Office. Participants will learn about new changes in the re-entry world including information about the newly released Act 44 of 2023 Probation Reform bill and financial incentives for businesses hiring justice involved individuals.
The Fair Chance Employment Summit involves training employers to adopt a fair chance workplace for individuals with prior justice system involvement.
Breakfast and lunch will be provided.
