Job Openings | DVM Power

Hiring due to customer growth and meeting production needs. Currently looking to bring on:

  • 15+ Production Techs (all skill levels from exposure to basic power tools through reading electrical schematics – pay starts at 19 and goes up beyond 24 based on knowledge)
  • 2 Production Support (supply chain, material handler, pallet jack, forklift exp a plus)
  • 2 Quality Assurance Techs (possibly an engineer as well – but hand on)
  • 1 Senior Project Manager (construction experience)
  • 1 Project Coordinator (entry level)

Shift: 7-330

Hiring first for character (hardworking, reliable, good work ethic) and second on skillset. Managers and supervisors have a track record of training on the job and pouring into employees who want to grow and develop. Treats employees well and wants them to be successful. Brought in ice cream trucks, keeps fridge stocked with drinks and ice water available to all on the floor.
