HireOne hosted a similar, highly successful networking event last August where several job seekers made important connections for referrals that lead to interview opportunities and several of those job seekers landed a new job! Hire One is hosting this event again to bring professional level job seekers together with firms that are hiring.  

Anyone who manages and hires people should carve out time for networking! 80% of the people who get hired are referred into an organization. An effective hiring manager has a strong network they can rely on to introduce them to their next great hire. This HireOne event was built for employers (Managers and Recruiters) to have an opportunity to meet professionals from various careers (Energy, Information Technology, Healthcare, Financial Services, Manufacturing, and others) to build relationships and a network of associates.

This is a business meeting, not a job fair. Hors d’oeuvres and beverages will be provided by Hire One and AVE Malvern.
