This program includes a three week virtual training boot camp with a half day of training, Monday through Friday. Students will have access to supportive services, intensive career coaching, and referrals to career opportunities with manufacturing employers upon completion of the boot camp.

Eligible participants should:

·        Possess a high school diploma or GED

·        Pass the Bennett Mechanical Comprehension Test

·        Pass a drug screening

·        Participate in a pre-screening interview with staff
